So, you’ve found a comfy spot in the living room, parked your laptop on the table, poured yourself some coffee, and in no time you’re going through the tasks for the day. At the current pace, you’ll be free by mid-afternoon, free and at home already. Working From Home seems just so easy!

And it really is, until your microphone stops working in the middle of a conference call, your printer refuses to print, the company portal or the email app don’t let you in no matter how many times you type and re-type the same password you’re using since forever…

When something breaks while you are at the office, you usually call the IT guy or that colleague who’s good with computers, they come over to your machine, open some windows, press some keys, click here and there, et voila! Problem solved.
