Jan IT is your IT Service Provider located in Bangkok, Thailand. We started small from IT Desktop Support since 2012 and keep steadily growing and keep servicing and developing complete Business IT Infrastructures.
Our clients are around the world and our portfolio of services range from remote desktop support, Microsoft 365 services, call center deployments, core IT management to website and custom application development.
Over the years we became Microsoft Silver Partner for Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions, acquired an NBTC license to allow us to sell VoIP services within Thailand and got BoI approval for Software we’re developing.
We’re doing IT because we’re passionate about the technical details and love to see things working perfectly. That’s being written, we’re looking forward to working with you and see what we can do for you.

Pavut is our IT Support Manager and has years of experience in handling remote and on-site end-user support.
Wannasart is our specialist for End User Support and assures that day to day operations are running smooth.
Bunpithak is our first line IT Admin and provides essential support to our clients to get daily operations going.
Senior IT Admin
Thanatmolwat is our Senior IT Admin and brings in his experience in end-user support and network administration.
Jitkanda makes sure that administrative backend operations are running smooth as our Office Manager.
Wiroon is our IT Admin for tricky assignments and gets called in when quick and professional issue handling is required.
